Over the past year, I have been fortunate enough to be used as a taster for a wide variety of foods and desserts produced by Jillian Pham. The texture and tastes of the food have been exceptional, providing rich and exotic flavors. Still, I believe that one of Jillian's greatest strengths, is in her presentation of the dishes. Every dessert is crafted with the finest of care, and is picture or magazine worthy in design. Everything is methodically thought out from appetizers to desserts. The presentation is always clean and the food is always fresh. We recently celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary. Jillian created a beautiful two-tier cake for us. The design was elegant and the flavor combination of the cake was superb. Jillian made the best Swiss butter cream and the Genoise cake was rich and moist. The raspberry crème filling is a winner. This beautiful cake was definitely the centerpiece of our event. As a bonus, Jillian also created beautiful floral arrangements for our guests’ tables and the cake table. Thank you for putting so much heart into your work.
